一般信息 产品介绍&特征
EX管道盲板提供完美切断高温(816℃超低温(-196℃)或是气体/液体中含有不洁物或是高分子化合物等特殊流体的功能。
通过EX管道盲板特有特殊齿轮机制来在短时间内为改变盲板位置制造出缝隙。
维护只需要更换盲板垫圈即可。（内部没有单独的密封圈）

作业说明
1).为了更换阀门的盲板，一定要在旋转手把之前排放内部压力。
2).打开手把上的钩环或是锁头。
3).为了更换盲板，需要逆时针方向旋转手把至停止点(Loosen Mark)后确认垫子从盲板中掉落后形成空间。
4).轻轻滑动盲板来变更为希望的位置(Open or Close)。
5).确认盲板的位置后，将手把顺时针旋转来讲盲板和上部、底部（密封面）紧紧挤压。
6).为了防止未许可的人员进行错误操作，要锁上安全装置（钩环或是锁头）。
